my mood board
I am creating a mood board of my vision for my wedding day which I will share with all parties that will be involved in making my day a fairytale -like success. So I have been collecting quite a few pics of the net & I have also bough quite a few magazines & torn pages out of them. I just wanted to share with you some of my fav pics that I found on the net. If you’re not getting married you can use them as ideas for a party

One of the things that I thought I had all figured out (one of very few) was every minute detail of what my wedding day will be like… The more I delve into my wedding research the more I realize how I actually have no clue (0_O) !! I think I merely had an idea of what dress I want to wear & who I want to be there, so learning about all the other details has really been overwhelming & post all this research I have realized that weddings really are big business that I need to find a way t get into
Anyways so it dawned on me a few weeks ago that being engaged comes with having a ring & fiance and I decided that we will only get one ring and not two as tradition expects- we are really defying tradition with this wedding business & I love it! So I have to actually choose my ring, he will then pick it up & then present it me via a proposal which I think is going to be so much fun
I love the Browns jewelry store and ever since they did a feature on Top Billing about how they cut their diamonds, the different types etc. I was sold and they were the only place that I actually looked. Initially I started by looking at all the “big diamond in the middle” type of rings and was really not taken until I found this simple, fine piece of 9ct White Gold that is part of the Chantilly Lace collection. It embodies fine detail, love & romance and apparently it was a limited edition piece and there are only 2 left in SA. Am currently waiting for it to be sent to Sandton City… It’s so pretty *sigh*
